What Zeepot is
Zeepot provides restaurants with online ordering pages, phone ordering answered by an automated assistant, and tools to manage their menu, orders, and customer messages. Restaurants use Zeepot to serve their own customers; customers use it to order from a restaurant. By using either side of the service you agree to these terms.
The restaurant’s data is the restaurant’s
Menus, prices, order history, and customer records belong to the restaurant they concern. When a restaurant connects an outside system it already uses — a point of sale such as Clover, or a payment account such as Stripe — Zeepot accesses that system only on the restaurant’s behalf, only within the permissions the restaurant granted, and only to provide the service described here. Disconnecting removes Zeepot’s access. We do not sell or rent restaurant or customer data to third parties.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms; Zeepot never sees or stores card numbers. Prices, fees, taxes, and any platform fee are shown before an order is placed. Refunds for an order are between the customer and the restaurant, and the restaurant can issue them through Zeepot.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Zeepot to break the law, to send messages people didn’t ask for, to interfere with the service, or to access data that isn’t yours. We can suspend accounts that do. Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menus, prices, and hours, and for honoring the orders they accept.
The service, as-is
We work to keep Zeepot available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, Zeepot’s liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts the restaurant paid Zeepot in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
