Delivery apps take 25% or more, and then charge again to promote you inside their own app, against their customers. Anything we run for you — ads, texts, flyers — is your own campaign to your own customers, billed through at what it cost us and only when you have agreed to it, settled out of your weekly payout and itemised on your statement — never a separate bill. Your plan changes what tools you get. It never changes what an order costs you.

Questions
- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans are month to month and you can change or stop any time. If you stop, you drop to the free plan and keep taking orders.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Nothing your customers can see. Your ordering page, phone line, drivers and payouts keep running. We'll ask you to update your card, and that's it.
- Does a bigger plan mean a lower commission?
- No. It is 6.5% on every plan, always. Plans change the tools you get, never the commission on an order. Anything else — ad spend, text campaigns, printed flyers — is only ever billed when you have asked for it and agreed the cost. It comes off your weekly payout, itemised line by line on your statement, never as a separate card charge.
- Is anything else taken out of my payout?
- Only what the bank move itself costs. Stripe charges us to send your money to your account — a fee per payout, a small percentage of what is paid out, and a monthly fee for an account that was paid at all. Those come off your weekly payout at exactly what Stripe charged, with no markup, on their own line on your statement. Nothing else is taken without you asking for it first.
- Do I need to leave DoorDash or Uber Eats?
- No. Most restaurants run Zeepot alongside them at first, and move orders across as their own customers get used to ordering direct.
