Zeepot is a software platform for independent restaurants: direct online ordering, an AI-answered phone line, delivery dispatch, and marketing the owner approves. This page explains how it works — including exactly how a restaurant connects its own Meta ad account, Facebook Page and Instagram, and what Zeepot does with that access.

Working with Meta
Your ad account. Your Page. Your Instagram. Your yes.
Zeepot doesn’t run ads from some agency account you can’t see. Each restaurant connects the Meta business assets it already owns, and everything Zeepot does happens inside them, in the open.

You connect what you already own.
From your Zeepot console you authorize the Meta assets that belong to your restaurant through Facebook Login for Business, then choose exactly which ad account and Facebook Page to use for advertising. Instagram publishing uses a separate Instagram Login so the owner can confirm the professional account. Zeepot never asks for a Facebook or Instagram password.

Campaigns start paused, always.
When you approve a campaign, Zeepot creates it in your ad account in a paused state. Nothing spends a dollar until you explicitly start it, and you can pause, resume or delete it from the same screen.

You see what your money did.
Zeepot reads impressions, clicks, spend and attributed orders from Meta's reporting for the campaigns it created, and puts them next to your own direct order revenue — so cost per order and return are visible in one place.

Posts go out only when you press publish.
An approved creative can be published to the connected Instagram professional account as a feed post or supported Story. Publishing is always an explicit action by the owner. Zeepot never posts automatically or to an account the owner did not connect.

Disconnecting means disconnected.
One click on the Connections page revokes Zeepot's stored access. Content already published stays yours on your own channels; Zeepot simply loses the ability to act.
Data
What we do with the data — and what we never do.
Used only for you
Data from your connected Meta assets is used to run and report on your restaurant's own marketing — nothing else.
Never shared between restaurants
Each restaurant sees only its own accounts, campaigns and results. One tenant's data is never shown to, compared against, or pooled with another's.
Never sold
Zeepot does not sell data, rent audiences, or use your customers or results to advertise anyone else's business.
Nothing public without approval
Every post and every campaign is created from a creative you approved, and anything that can spend money starts paused.
